I remember being absolutely shocked when I found out John Green, Vlogbrother was also John Green, Author of Looking for Alaska

I read Looking for Alaska in tenth grade, and I absolutely loved it

It was such a fantastic book, and it was written so well, and it was like there was finally a piece of literature written for kids my age that wasn’t written about tanning or vampires

Or written way too simply

It made me think, and I appreciated that

Then, in on Vlogbrothers video, John was talking about HIS book, Looking for Alaska, and I pretty much just fell out of my chair in shock when the puzzle pieces came together

It was like the two greatest parts of my life came together into one big ball of awesome
